These terms govern your use of the Answr mobile app. By using Answr, you agree to these terms.

Description of the service

Answr is a mobile app for YouTube creators that lets you view, reply to, and moderate comments on your own YouTube videos from a single feed, using your own YouTube account credentials via Google Sign-In.

Your account and content

• You must connect your own Google/YouTube account. You are responsible for all activity performed through the app using your account.
• Answr only reads, publishes, or removes comments on videos belonging to the YouTube channel(s) you explicitly connect. We never post or delete anything you have not requested through the app.
• You remain the owner of your YouTube content at all times; Answr does not claim any ownership over your videos, comments, or channel data.

Subscriptions (Answr Pro)

• Answr offers an optional paid subscription ("Answr Pro") that unlocks additional features. Free features remain available without a subscription.
• Subscriptions are billed and managed through Google Play Billing (via RevenueCat). Pricing, renewal, and cancellation are handled by Google Play; you can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from the Google Play Store app.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date, in accordance with Google Play's billing policies.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Answr to violate YouTube's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, to post spam or abusive content, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts other than your own.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Answr is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Answr is an independent third-party app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Answr is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Descripción del servicio

Answr es una app móvil para creadores de YouTube que permite ver, responder y moderar los comentarios de tus propios vídeos de YouTube desde un único feed, usando las credenciales de tu propia cuenta de YouTube mediante Google Sign-In.

Tu cuenta y contenido

• Debes conectar tu propia cuenta de Google/YouTube. Eres responsable de toda la actividad realizada a través de la app con tu cuenta.
• Answr solo lee, publica o elimina comentarios en los vídeos que pertenecen al canal o canales de YouTube que tú conectas explícitamente. Nunca publicamos ni eliminamos nada que no hayas solicitado a través de la app.
• Sigues siendo el propietario de tu contenido de YouTube en todo momento; Answr no reclama ninguna propiedad sobre tus vídeos, comentarios o datos del canal.

Suscripciones (Answr Pro)

• Answr ofrece una suscripción de pago opcional ("Answr Pro") que desbloquea funciones adicionales. Las funciones gratuitas siguen disponibles sin necesidad de suscripción.
• Las suscripciones se facturan y gestionan a través de Google Play Billing (mediante RevenueCat). El precio, la renovación y la cancelación las gestiona Google Play; puedes administrar o cancelar tu suscripción en cualquier momento desde la app de Google Play Store.
• Las suscripciones se renuevan automáticamente salvo que se cancelen antes de la fecha de renovación, según las políticas de facturación de Google Play.

Uso aceptable

Aceptas no usar Answr para infringir las Condiciones del Servicio o las Normas de la Comunidad de YouTube, para publicar spam o contenido abusivo, ni para intentar acceder sin autorización a cuentas que no sean la tuya.

Exención de responsabilidad

Answr se ofrece "tal cual", sin garantías de ningún tipo. Answr es una app independiente de terceros y no está afiliada, respaldada ni patrocinada por YouTube o Google. En la medida máxima permitida por la ley, Answr no será responsable de daños indirectos, incidentales o derivados del uso de la app.

Cambios en estas condiciones

Podemos actualizar estas condiciones periódicamente. El uso continuado de la app tras la entrada en vigor de los cambios constituye la aceptación de las condiciones actualizadas.
